By using the app, you agree to these terms. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law always apply and are not limited by these terms.
Daily Swedish 5 provides Swedish-language lessons, pronunciation audio, translations, saved content, progress tracking, and related learning features. The app is an educational aid and does not promise a particular exam, employment, immigration, or language-proficiency result.
The app may create an anonymous Firebase account to support progress. You may link a supported sign-in method to synchronize data across devices. You are responsible for protecting your device and account credentials and for providing accurate information. Tell us promptly if you believe the account has been misused.
Content marked free can be used without Premium. When a Premium subscription is offered, the paywall and store purchase screen identify the currently included benefits, billing period, localized price, and any trial before purchase. Internal test builds may display a clearly labelled billing test while all bundled lessons remain free.
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to the store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled through the store before renewal. Prices and taxes are displayed by the store and may vary by country.
You can manage or cancel through the store account used for purchase. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting a Daily Swedish 5 account does not cancel a store subscription. Restore Purchases can restore eligible access.
Cancellation stops future renewals but normally leaves access active until the end of the paid period. Refund and withdrawal requests for store purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple under their procedures and applicable law. Contact us if Premium access does not match a valid purchase. Nothing here excludes a refund, remedy, right of withdrawal, conformity right, or other protection that cannot legally be excluded.
You may use the app for personal learning. You must not interfere with the service, evade access controls or billing, misuse reports or accounts, introduce malicious code, or copy and redistribute substantial lesson, audio, code, or visual content except where law expressly permits it.
The app, lesson materials, design, and other content are owned by Sina Software AB or used under applicable licenses. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app while these terms apply. Lesson pronunciation uses an AI-generated Swedish voice and is not a recording made for each lesson.
We work to keep the service available, secure, and accurate, but maintenance, network failures, store outages, and content corrections can affect availability. We may update the app and content to maintain security, conformity, compatibility, and learning quality.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without promises beyond these terms and the information shown at purchase. This does not limit mandatory Swedish or EU consumer rights, including rights relating to conformity, required updates, remedies, damages, or liability that cannot be excluded.
Request deletion in Profile > Account Deletion or follow the public account-deletion instructions. Associated app data is normally removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful use, serious or repeated breach, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
We may update these terms for legal, security, service, or business reasons. We will update the date above and give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights already earned from a purchase.
Swedish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Consumers may also use applicable public dispute-resolution bodies or courts available under mandatory law.
